My name is Zach Stover and I am here to help.

I am a Colorado native with several years of experience as an attorney under my belt. I graduated from Creighton Law School in Nebraska, attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for my undergraduate degree and now live in Windsor. Northern Colorado is my home and I wouldn’t trade living here for anything.

For two years I was a Civil Litigator and now I am an Estate Planner. I decided to become an Estate Planner because I knew I could help more people do more good in the Estate Planning realm than I could litigating. I strongly believe that the legacy of a person is the good they do for others. I can help you draft wills, set up trusts, manage a probate and ensure your end of life planning is up to date. When I am not working, I enjoy chess, hiking, traveling the world and chilling out with some dogs. I am also the Business Manager for High Plains Fencing Guild, which has the stated goal of bringing the sport of Fencing to as many people as possible.

How do I get started on my estate plan?

Contact me to set up an initial appointment. After you complete a questionnaire we will sit down for an initial client meeting where we will discuss your goals, assets, family and a whole host of other things to ensure we complete all the documents you need for a successful Estate Plan.

How long does this process take?

Generally two to four weeks start to finish, however it varies based upon the exact documents you need and the complexity of your estate. The probate process will vary in length between a few days, to several months. The length depends on the heirs, the complexity of the estate, and whether there are any disputes concerning the Will or Trust.
